Here you will find a range of different resources, information and links to support you with whatever level of home schooling you choose to do with your child/ren.
Whilst it is not an exhaustive list, of every site available, it does provide a good starting point and covers many of the Curriculum areas taught within school (and we are adding to it all the time).

A list of 12 museums that are offering their virtual tours for free, allowing you/your children to visit without leaving home (Art/History link).
Explore the wonders of the Earth without ever having to leave your home (perfect for out current situation). Zoom in on famous landmarks or walk along a street. Nasa have made their entire catalogue of images and clips etc available for free. Interested in space? Head here
(Science link). A range of free audio books for your child/ren to listen to. A great alternative for kids to instantly stream an incredible collection of stories (English/Reading link).

A link to a site offering advice about things parents can do with their children whilst they are at home
(General link). A link to the 2Simple platform, offering free access (for 60 days) to their Purple Mash & Serial mash resources. These are used by many schools to support online learning (Computing/General link). This is another fab site, allowing access to their resources for free at present, to support your child's Scientific learning (Science link)
Another free to use website, containing a range of games on topics such as; flags, countries, capital cities, rivers etc
(Geography link). A link to this well-known site, containing a range of games and activities to support Key Stage 2 children. (General link)
A fun activity challenge, for all ages, using LEGO (Science/Design link). A range of episodes on YouTube that cover topics such as Dinosaurs, Electricity, Time and many more. Disclaimer: They are from the 1990's, so the Science may, occasionally, be outdated. (Science/History link) There are so many great videos or programmes on here, about a range of subjects - search for 'Science & Nature' and watch Dynasties, one of the fabulous programmes narrated b Sir David Attenborough or 'Food' and watch a cooking programme.

Support your child with learning their times tables and division facts with this fun and (for 60 days) free website, used by many schools to support learning (Maths link).
A link to the Top Marks website, which contains lots of great resources covering all subject areas for every Key Stage

Used in numerous schools to support the teaching and learning of phonics and reading, this website has a range of free e-books for all age ranges. (Reading link)
A range of resources to support the teaching and learning of specific Maths and English skills, linked to the National Curriculum. (Maths & English link) A link to the TheSchoolRun website, which contains lots of great resources covering all subject areas for every Key Stage (General link).
A link to a range of 'Live Lessons' from the BBC Teach series - topics are organised by subject area (General link).
Who doesn't use, or at least know about, YouTube?! Want to watch a clip about the Blue Whale, or electricity, just search and see. Disclaimer: Just like on a search engine, be aware that searches can throw up some bizarre suggestions for fairly standard topics. (General link) Jamie Oliver presents a cookery show at 5.30pm every day, on Channel 4 (so no link) - get your little one inspired and helping in the kitchen.
