Key Stage 2 Support
Here you will find a range of different resources, information and links to support you with whatever level of home schooling you choose to do with your Key Stage 2 age child/ren.
Whilst it is not an exhaustive list of every site available, it does provide a good starting point (and we are adding to it all the time).
We have organised the pages both by age range and subject area so that you are not endlessly scrolling through pages of different sites.

PARENTAL SUPPORT
One of the scariest things for parents about home schooling is knowing the correct content/information, so that you teach it 'right'. After all, things have changed in some areas since we were at school. These link to the BBC Skillswise sites for English and Maths contain useful support for areas within those subjects, such as: Spelling, Word Grammar, Sentence Grammar, Number, Calculation, Shapes and Measure. Click on the above links and boost your confidence.
PHONICS/SPELLING
By the time children reach Year 3 or above they should have completed all of their phonics learning, however it is important to recognise that not all children will know, or fully understand, all of it by this stage. If you feel your child would benefit from going over some of the previous learning, go to the EYFS or Key Stage 1 pages where there are numerous links to support you.
